We are a fast growing manufacturer of electronic equipement with 16 locations world wide. We are currently looking for career minded individuals to join our team for the long term.

Summary: Assembly and RF soldering of electronic components per documented instructions and schematic drawings. Some hires will be asked to travel to our customer site in California (at company expense) for intense training. Employees will document learned knowledge and train others upon return to Redmond.

Skills Required: Excellent soldering skills to IPC 610 standard with knowledge of touch time for soldering components and proper solder joints. Must be capable of learning several complex assemblies quickly then repeating learned processes with extreme consistency. Must have demonstrated absolute commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Experience Required: At least 3 years soldering experience and assembly experience or the ability to pass a basic soldering test. Experience preferred with digitally multiplexed systems, process analyzers, systems data processors, measurement and control devices - all to circuit card or component level.
Education Required: High School Diploma or GED.
