Electronic Account Manager
Responsibilities:
This is a consultative, service orientated and solutions-based sales position, selling digital litigation solutions within the legal, corporate, and insurance communities. This is also an important leadership role, where you are expected to mentor other Account Managers who aspire to your level of technical sales expertise.

The Regional Electronic Account Manager candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, along with the necessary overtime to meet the demands of ALC’s clientele.
The position includes but is not limited to the following general areas:
·Profitability & Growth- Focus primarily on profitability and continued electronic services sales growth of current and future offices
·Active & Support Sales- Actively selling (individually and as a team) all Electronic services in the SF Bay Area marketplace. Initiate and Participate in Client Meetings and business planning
·Sales Team Development- Train, evaluate and mentor sales staff on how to sell the electronic services (who to target and how to sell it). Team selling on large opportunities and group presentations. Serve as “resident expert” and resource for all facilities regarding Imaging, EED, Syngence, OCR/OWR, Document Hosting, Document Coding, and other technologies used in the litigation process or emerging technologies
·Target Marketing- Pursue legal, corporate, and insurance carrier sales opportunities
·Personal and Professional Growth - Collaborate with CTO and other Executives in developing strategies and plans to achieve regional technical sales targets
·Training Program Development- Contribute significantly to the ongoing development, documentation, and education of a successful Account Manager Technical Sales Training Program
·Customer/Production Communication - Ensure high quality, timely delivery to customers. Also help monitor production processes in order to meet internal and external customer expectations
·Project Status Updates - Deliver timely, accurate reports and billing information to the client and management
·Client Case Management - Project Scope, Definition, Design and Management of key clients. Manage the gathering and organization of incoming data from production, sales, and from customer sources. Ensure high quality, timely delivery to customers
·Partner Relations- Assist CTO in fostering and maintaining relationships with lucrative Electronic partners and vendors
·Marketing & Advertising- Assist CTO and other Executive Management in developing marketing and advertising collateral/campaigns, execution, and implementation

Ideal background in candidate’s previous employment:
A company where the individual worked with or developed skills in some of the following areas:
·School Teacher, Paralegal, Attorney, or Lit Support Manager
·Technical projects management/logistics
·Technical problem-solving
·Litigation Support/Technical consultative solutions sales - document imaging, e-Discovery
·Litigation-specific e-Discovery and/or imaging software
·Database knowledge such as SQL, MS Access, or Visual FoxPro

REQUIREMENTS
Level of Required Education:
·4-year college degree (BA/BS) or equivalent or greater
·Preferred - 2 to 3 years experience with litigation support company and/or law firm
·Professional training or certifications a plus
Level of Required Experience:
·Proven sales and client management success
·Solid proven problem solving skills
·Attention to detail and follow-through abilities
·High level of computer technical skills
·Great business/technical communication and presentation skills
·Ability to work under the pressure of tight deadlines
·Ability to learn and master new sales and service methodologies quickly
·Familiarity with Concordance, Summation and other industry standard litigation supportdatabase / imaging software packages a plus
