Electrician-Technician

Purpose:
The Baltimore Sun, part of Tribune Company, one of the country’s premiere media companies, is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to support our services department. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 4 years experience in testing, troubleshooting and repairing varied production equipment. Also you must be willing to work days, nights, and weekends without direct supervision.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will possess outstanding troubleshooting and computer skills and knowledge of solid state devices. Proven experience working on AC and DC motors and controls as well as PLC’s and mechanical systems. The ability to read blueprints, schematics and ladder logic drawings is a must. Your experience testing, troubleshooting and repairing a variety of production equipment will enable you to join a great company and take the next step in your career.
