Electrician

Company: North America Mining Job Function: Skilled Trades Job Description: Major Responsibilities: Perform electrical maintenance on P&H shovels and electrical over hydraulic drills or crushing and conveying. Work with minimum supervision. Work from SOPs.
Perform work assignments productively without incident or injury.

- 2-3 years hands on industrial electrical experience. Meet PDBI tool requirements.

Conversant with AC and DC controls systems.

Basic PLC systems experience.

Able to work safely with Low, Medium, and High voltage switchgear.

Experienced in basic electrical installation practices.

Demonstrate knowledge of electrical theory and practices.

Demonstrated productivity and effectiveness in teamwork environment.

Demonstrated competency in adapting to change.

Able to perform the essential functions of the job at the time of the job offer with or without reasonable accommodation.Preferred Qualifications:
5 years experience on electric shovels/drills or crushing and conveying.

Demonstrated commitment to and understanding of PDBIs 60-cent plan and KPIs~cb2~
