SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Job Description
The ideal candidate must be able to design, develop, enhance, and maintain digital electronic aspects of leading edge semiconductor capital equipment. Typical designs utilize FPGA’s and CPLD’s and total several thousand nets. Responsibility spans from concept/definition through initial bring-up and characterization.

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Job Description
Under limited supervision, will design, develop, test and debug computer software systems and software applications for semiconductor product line. Will perform development for Linux-based applications and systems, using C and/or C++. May participate in design and development of new applications features and functions. May develop and execute tests and resolve technical issues.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER

Job Description
The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for on-site installations, preventive maintenance and repairs of customers’ systems in the Bay Area. Individual will instruct/train customers in the operation and maintenance of their systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications for SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER:
Candidates must have BSEE (or equivalent) with 3+ years of design experience required. Design familiarity using FPGA’s is necessary. Experience with ATE or semiconductor capital equipment a plus.


Qualifications for SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER:
Candidates must have Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of software or firmware related engineering experience, or equivalent (will accept a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related field followed by five years of progressive experience in software or firmware related engineering.)


Qualifications for CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER
Candidates must have a BSEE; 3-5 years of experience as a customer service engineer; the ability to perform installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshoot problems; the ability to understand and explain technical issues; the ability to communicate in English, both oral and written. Knowledge of UNIX, LINUX, MS XP OS and Ingres, Sand QL Data Base a plus. Programming experience preferred.
