Electrical Group Manager for A/E Firm

Purpose: Managing a team of Project Managers, Engineers, and Technicians for the purpose of producing profitable projects
- Maintaining effective relationship with clients
- Preparing and presenting proposals, and meets with clients
- Establishing and maintaining project criteria and communicating same to project team, clients and others involved
- Establishing and monitoring internal budgets and project schedules
- Developing complete and accurate project documents on time and within the construction budget
- Administering the architectural/engineering services of their respective group (i.e. civil, mechanical, electrical) during the construction phase
- Motivating team personnel toward performance excellence in all assigned tasks
- Evaluating team personnel and recommending salary changes, position adjustments and/or promotions
- Providing manpower forecasts and projecting team requirements on a continuing basis
- Participating in the selection, discipline and/or discharge of team personnel
- Formulating and administering team polices and procedures
