Electrical Engineering-Applications

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
a Design and develop electrical/mechanical control, power and distribution panels and
systems for hazardous (classified) locations.
a Suggests and presents technical solutions and/or alternative to key customer issues,
and prepares quotations and appropriate documentation.
a Acts as technical project manager for customer customization and integrations.
a Provides technical assistance and service for customers, sales personnel,
engineering and production.
a Addresses highly complex sales support problems and challenges.
a Participates in the entire cycle of request for proposal and/or inquiry, assists in
determining technical alternatives to competitive forces.
a Directs assembly and modification shop for special design as well as standard
products.
Other Responsibilities
a Assists with technical training.
a Performs other related duties as assigned.Job Requirements
Education and/or Experience
a Bachelor Science Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
a In-depth technical knowledge.
a Two to three years experience in a client responsive technical environment.
a Experience in content/document management software solutions, proficiency in
AutoCAD.


Skills and Abilities
a Ability to assist customers developing requirements and statements of work.
a Reading design specifications and technical drawings.
a Ability of handling projects and to work alongside others in a team
a Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
a Proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD), office management software (MS
Office) and database management.
a Must be able to travel.
