Electrical Engineer, Controllogix

Currently we are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to design, develop, program, test, and commission industrial controls systems. Responsibilities include:
-Design, program, test, commission, and troubleshoot industrial controls systems with motion control for material handling technology (PLC-based)
-Design, specify and develop all aspects of electrical controls equipment, components, and systems for industrial use
-Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment
-Direct and coordinate manufacturing, installation, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements
-Perform and supervise installation and commissioning including oversight of contractors and partners
-Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards
REQUIREMENTS
All qualified candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of experience. Candidates must have Controls experience that includes:
-Experience in design and commissioning of industrial controls system
-PLC programming experience with Allen Bradley (Controllogix, PLC) (must)
-Motor drive experience and knowledge of drive control theory including VFDs and servomotors (to include positioning control with encoders and master/slave control drives) (must)
-Experience in panel layout design and panel wiring
-Experience in HMI development (Panelview, …)
-Experience in SCADA development (Wonderware, RSview, …)
-Experience in developing controls with safety PLCs (exp. PILZ)
-Experience in commissioning networks (Devicenet, Controlnet, Ethernet
