Electrical Drafter - AutoCAD 2005

Purpose: I am seeking a skilled Electrical Drafter with 2+ years AutoCAD 2005 experience for one of the largest engineering design firms worldwide providing professional and technical services in the engineering, construction services and defense markets. This is a contract-to-hire position in downtown Portland, Oregon.

This company executes large and complex engineering projects while providing a comprehensive range of professional planning and design, systems engineering and technical assistance, program and construction management, and operations and maintenance services. This individual will primarily support electrical engineering design but must be resourceful to jump between other disciplines as well if need be (e.g., civil or structural). The ability to adapt to different types of projects (i.e., industrial facilities, marine, and transportation) will be required. Familiarity with Microstation is a plus.
