ENTERPRISE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:The Enterprise Engineer will be responsible for seeking issues that may develop in the environment, documenting those issues, developing a solution plan and ultimately leading the solution's implementation. This individual may also be called upon to lead small to medium projects including project plan development. Works with clients, such as CCA customers and CCA employees, to capture technology business requirements and implements those requirements. Codes and debugs programs. Provides guidance to less experienced team members through complex troubleshooting processes and translate very technical information into user terminology for business units.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications :Graduate from an accredited college or university with an associate's degree in computer science or a related field and at least five years of experience is required. Requires proficiency in Intel-based server systems, storage area networking, Microsoft Windows 2003 Server/Advanced Server/Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, Citrix Metaframe, Veritas Storage Foundation, Veritas Netbackup, LDAP and identity management technologies, and system reporting tools. Must have strong knowledge of development and production life cycle stages and knowledge of business process and its integration with IT. Some travel may be required.
