Office Manager
Professional to lead, manage, develop, market, & grow the firm's consulting practice in Phoenix. The successful candidate will have a BS degree & professional AZ licensure in engineering or architecture plus a min of 10 yrs exp & successful track record in the design, marketing, & management of E/A projects, plus a min of 7 yrs staff supervision, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, disciplinary action, mentoring, professional development & training. This is an officer level position that includes responsibility for the office P&L, daily operations & problem solving, overall project marketing & management, maintaining client relationships, & developing new client relationships.
Sr. Civil Project Manager
BSCE, MS a+, AZ PE with minimum 6 yrs experience managing highway contracts. City & county roadway experience a plus. MicroStation & Inroads.
Project Engineer, Urban Development
BSCE, Planner a+, AZ PE w/ min 5 yrs exp in urban development. Manage existing projects & lead a project team to complete projects in a timely & efficient manner. Develop urban market as a seller/doer.
Survey CAD Technician
Career minded individual with a comprehensive background in survey AutoCAD work. Our untraditional workload includes an extensive amount of ALTA, boundary, topographic, & GPS surveys. HS grad or GED with minimum 3 yrs experience working with AutoCAD & LDD. LSIT, or RLS certifications preferred. Field experience & knowledge of Trimble Geomatics Office & MicroStation a plus.
Civil Engineer
BSCE, AZ PE with minimum 5 yrs experience as project engineer for civil transportation projects. AutoCAD, Microstation a plus.
Civil Designer
HS graduate with technical degree in CAD. Min 5 yrs exp in transportation projects using Microstation plus InRoads, AutoCAD & SoftDesk to perform COGO functions, terrain modeling, develop horizontal & vertical alignments, & calculate mass grading.
