We are a Simi Valley, California, engineering firm specializing in the oil and gas pipeline industry. We are currently recruiting for full-time Engineers and CAD Operators / Designers.

ENGINEERING POSITION (see the AutoCAD postion at the bottom)

Type:
- Civil / Mechanical

Required skills:
- Technical aptitude
- Professional verbal and written communication
- Computer work and spreadsheet programs
- Project management

Plusses:
- Oil and gas pipeline experience
- California professional registration
- Construction oversight experience
- Contract management experience
- AutoCAD

Tasks and Responsibilities will include:
- Foundation Design
- Reinforced Concrete Design
- Structural Steel Design
- Technical report review and generation
- Hydraulic studies
- Flow and pressure dynamics
- Project design/development
- Project management
- Material procurement
- Project permitting and agency liaison
- Contract development
- Construction oversight

Salary:
$60k/yr to $100k/yr and up (depending on experience and acquisition
of new work)

CAD Operator / Designer Position

Type:
- Civil / Mechanical

Required skills:
- AutoCAD R2002 or later
– 5 years minimum experience
- Technical aptitude
- Professional verbal and written communication
- Computer spreadsheet and word programs

Plusses:
- Oil and gas pipeline experience
- Microstation proficiency
- Utility/pipeline research and/or alignment sheet generation
- Survey and land mapping

Tasks and Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and revise drawings per company standards and engineer
markups
- Travel to job sites for technical data acquisition

Salary:
$32k/yr to $72k/yr (depending on experience)
