Prestige Personnel specializes in national recruiting for all facets of the glass industry. With all the plant consolidation and retirement in the industry, our clients are in need of several key Engineers and Managers that will help drive their plants to being the top performers in their industry.

We have a need for Hot End Superintendents that have extensive melting experience along with 8 to 12 years experience as a Supervisor or Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have the following:

Four year Engineering degree
Data driven mentality
Experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Forward thinking attitude
