The Richmond Group USA has an AMAZING OPPORTUNITY to offer someone who is looking to expand their Engineering Career in the exciting world of Printing and Packaging. Our client, a highly competitive industry leader, has asked us to assist in the hiring of an ENGINEERING MANAGER, to assist in their continued success.

If you are chosen to fill this position responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: providing hands-on management to the engineers, maintenance supervisors, and technicians on your team, providing technical and manufacturing leadership to the engineers, regularly assessing the training and development needs, establishing and maintaining a strong maintenance strategy, ensuring timely transfer of new technology, and assisting in the defining and implementation of continuous improvements.

To qualify for this incredible opportunity, you will need a BS in Engineering and 7-10 years experience within an automated and high-precision product manufacturing environment, at least 3 of which should be in a management position. You should have: the ability to mentor and lead engineers, working knowledge of strategies for technical problem solving, Web press and/or packaging experience, and strong project management skills. This position is best for someone who is highly motivated, outgoing, and a great communicator! Some travel required.
