VIRGINIA RAILWAY EXPRESS , a growing first class commuter rail operation serving Northern Virginia and Washington, DC , is in need of engineering professions for the following positions:

Senior Project Manager: Will be responsible for managing large-scale commuter rail capital projects from start to finish. Will function as Project Manager for design and construction of new commuter rail stations, like extensions, layover yards, parking structures, and other supporting facilities. Background in design, environmental evaluation and/or construction required. Provide project coordination and technical support during design and constrution. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Planning or Construction Management required along with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Project Engineer: Will assist in the development and execution of construction and engineering projects. Will function as Project Manager for designated capital projects. Provides coordination and technical expertise in design and construction activities. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Planning or Construction Management required along with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
