STATUS:ExemptJOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of all buildings, physical plant, systems, equipment, fixtures, and furniture.QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education & Experience:
•At least 4 years of progressive facilities management experience in a club or related field; or a 2-year college degree and 2 years related management experience.
•4-year college degree preferred.
•HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler operations and general maintenance skills required.Physical Requirements:
•Long hours sometimes required.
•Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.DUTIES & FUNCTIONS
Essential:
•Schedule, supervise, and train engineering staff.
•Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance program for all equipment and systems.
•Ensure proper operation of all systems and equipment for the safety and comfort of resident, members, guests, and employees.
•Obtain and monitor outside maintenance contracts.
•Manage/Monitor energy use.
•Ensure all employees comply with Rules and Regulations.
•Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
•Observe all of the Company’s Rules and Regulations.APPLY IN PERSON
