ENGINEER
Fortune 200 company seeking a Quality/Process Engineer with a strong background in injection molding process, ISO 9001-2000 quality system requirements, continuous improvement methodologies and statistical process control. Candidate will be responsible for using systematic problem solving approaches to troubleshoot quality and/or process problems. Will be responsible for maintaining the gage calibration program. Must be familiar with FEMA's, Control Plans, PPAP's, MSA's DOE's etc. Responsible for maintaining local environmental program. Must be able to interact well with local plant staff as well as Corporate, Supplier, and Customer representatives.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Quality or Process Engineering with 3-5 years experience in the injection molding industry. ISO 14001, CQE and ISO 9001-2000 Auditor certifications a plus. Must have strong project management skills. Will be required participate on and/or lead cross-functional continuous improvement teams.
