For more information, visit the Triconex Web site at .Assembler III Position 2nd Shift.Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.Performs testing/calibration of components, assemblies or products. Performs visual/manual inspection to ensure quality.May resolve product/process problems.Performs preventative maintenance and repair. Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.Requires excellent soldering skills in both surface mount and through-hole.Knowledge of all necessary tools.Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments. High School or equivalent.Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience.Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
