E&I Technician
Purpose: Our client is a Controls Company specializing in electrical controls and automation for waste/water treatment plants. They are starting a project in Las Vegas and are looking for an experienced E&I technician for a contract position. The company will provide travel and lodging expenses. They are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
*Responsible for Instrument calibration and testing
*Responsible for the testing, troubleshooting and repair of electrical controls, electrical failures, electrical panels, and power distribution
*Compliance and enforcement of company, safety, environmental, governmental policies and regulations as they apply
*Expert understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and PLC logic
*Applies principles and techniques of electrical engineering to accomplish goals on specified projects
*Familiarity of automation and electrical system design, diagnosis and operation
*Knowledge of the National Electrical Code
*Demonstrated familiarity and use of NEC Handbook
*Read and understands electrical schematics and drawings
*Understands analog loop calibration and instrumentationClassification:ContractCompensation:
