Drafting Career

Purpose: A fast growing company that has doubled in size in less than a year is looking to increase even further by adding 5 AutoCAD related positions to its staff.

AutoCAD specialist position will involve quality assurance and some production of a wide variety of commercial and residential projects that are collected from a wide variety of clients. The AutoCAD specialist will be responsible for checking drawings upon return from clients.

AutoCAD specialist must have superior experience with AutoCAD, ADT, commercial and/or residential projects, an interest in production, outstanding drive and motivation, self sufficiency, and superb technical skills.
-Must be able to understand standards compliance, layering methodologies, drafting conventions, and dimensioning
-Must be familiar with code compliance (UBC, SBC, Boca, ADA)
-Must have experience with AutoCAD 2006/2007
-Experience with any of the following is preferred: Revit, Microstation, Archicad, Datacad, Vectorworks
-Must be familiar with construction methodologies

Classification:
Direct Hire

Compensation:
$45,000-$60,000 Year
