Divisional Quality Manager

Division Quality ManagerWe are seeking a Divisional Quality Manager to take on the challenge of implementing a multi-plant quality management system to address VOC, encompass customer complaint and warranty issues, root cause and supplier quality, and take on our own internal process and manufacturing issues. Your ability to lead our quality teams, set and define metrics that help us achieve our quality goals in a multi-plant environment, and work closely with our lean implementation specialists will be key to your success.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications will include:BS /MS / MBA and 10+ years experience in quality focused roles within a lean manufacturing environment. Experience in manufacturing quality, advance quality, NPI, process improvement, root cause analysis, FMEA’s, supplier quality and six sigma methodologies. Experience in a quality turnaround or greenfield environment is required. A strong communicator and relationship builder will have a variety of career path development opportunities.
