Generate periodic sales & labor expenses budgets by store by department
Visit stores to assist staffs in accomplishing company expense control goals.
Work with company’s retail labor standards database
Maintain individual store characteristics profile database

REQUIREMENTS
Must have an Industrial Engineering degree, or have retail labor management experience in a multiple store environment.
Knowledge of MOST software or work measurement experience preferred, but not required
Excellent PC skills to include: Microsoft Office and Visio. Hyperion Essbase desirable but not required.
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communications to interface with personnel at all levels effectively.
Demonstrated ability to simultaneously focus on a multitude of tasks and prioritize accordingly.
Possible overnight travel of up to 3 nights per month may occur.RESPONSES:
