Division Director for Survey Research

Overview: Executive Communications, Inc. has an outstanding opportunity for a very independent go-getter to reorganize and direct a Survey Research Department from the ground up. This position will be responsible for all aspects of the department including sales and marketing, client relationships and internal operations. Sales and Marketing: Reporting directly to the President this position will be responsible for developing a marketing strategy and plan to grow the division locally and nationally. The Director will drive new business development and increase existing business to meet sales goals. This position will ultimately be responsible for client development and satisfaction as well as the division's overall contribution to the success of the company. Client Relationships: This position will also be responsible to manage client relationships, expectations and development of new solutions to meet client needs. Internal Operations: The Director will reorganize and oversee internal operations related to the department, which includes development of middle management, development and oversight of the Call Center Associates for the Survey Research Department, ensuring quality and timely product delivery to clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors Degree and five years management experience. Must possess knowledge of standard survey research practices, call center, data collection or similar service provider experience, previous project management experience, understanding of P&L statements, and training experience. Must be highly organized, understand statistical analysis and research-driven reports and recommendations, proposal development experience. Must be proficient in Power Point presentation, knowledge of Microsoft office products including Word, Excel and Access. Excellent verbal and written skills ability to build relationships internally and externally, organizational and leadership skills. Must be highly motivated, logical and analytical thinker, detail oriented.
