We are currently seeking an experienced hospitality or managed services industry professional to assume the position of Director of Environmental Services for our client partner in the Dodge City, KS area. As the Director of Environmental Services, you will assist in the coordination of the day to day facility operations (POM, housekeeping, laundry/linen) This position is responsible for meeting client objectives and resident needs, as well as staffing, scheduling, training and development of hourly staff in this retirement setting with approximately 100 residents.



Ideal candidates will have experience in preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and corrective maintenance. As well as a bachelor's degree (are/or requisite industrial and management experience), and the ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer services. Must be able to respond effectively to changing demands, and have strong organization and time management skills.
