Director Survey Research - Consumer Products Vertical

Market Research Supplier is looking for a strong custom market research professional.
The main responsibility of this job is to plan and implement marketing and sales programs for assigned business and lead a client servicing team in the Consumer Goods Industry Group.
This role will manage and service a group of premier clients in order to maintain and grow clientele base.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery and productivity targets as well as other related business development objectives as assigned
• Ensure business strategies are implemented
• Identify areas of business opportunity and growth for the division
• Develop plans to cross sell and introduce new services to current clients
• Contribute to new business initiatives and participate in the development and launch of new services
• Ensure proper pricing and contracts are completed and approved according to company's policies and guidelines
• Provide value-added analyses and respond to special requests
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 8 yrs of experience in customized research, including some international projects experience. Knowledge of proprietary products (branding, satisfaction, packaging, etc.) highly preferable
• Experience in CPG industry is desirable and should have worked with 1-2 Premier Clients in the CPG Industry
• Extensive experience in research principles, methodologies and statistical techniques
• Experience in multivariate analysis
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Strong quantitative and statistical skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and assignments
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
