The successful candidate will have 5+ years as a Sr. executive in a Maquiladora or other border-related electr mfg activity. Experienced in union relations & negotiations as well as familiar with Mexico labor relations. Knowledge of NAFTA, C-TPAT, Lean as well as Mexico Maquiladora acctg requirementts.
