This is a development engineering opportunity and the person will develop new silicone products and processes.Technical support for manufacturing, sales and marketing.Supervision of engineering assistants. Interacts with customers and marketing to identify and evaluate concepts and develop CTQ's.Multifunctional team participation and leadership to scale up and launch new products. Works with suppliers to develop strong relationships and new raw materials.
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a PhD in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Chemistry/Polymer Science and EngineeringAt least 2 years experience in industrial research and development working in Silicone polymer.Interacts well with various levels and functions in organization and with customers and suppliers.Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
