I have been asked to identify ideally regionally Independent Consultant Delphi Developer / Delphi Programmer candidates with three years+ of recent related experience in Delphi, strong Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint, C++, two years experience with Sybase or other relational DB, some understanding of the basics of Financial industry (subject, processes) a must, experience helpful with Fixed Income, Derivatives, Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, OTC instruments, curves and price models, integration experience of Win32 platform applications with UNIX platform applications a huge plus, JAVA, CORBA and UNIX programming experience also a plus, for a six months to one year+ independent contract in the Jersey City, New Jersey area. The selected ideally regionally local Independent Consultant Delphi Developer / Delphi Programmer will develop enhancements to a Hedge Fund processing system. Specifically develop and support applications using Delphi/Pascal programming language on Win32 or .NET platform and write T-SQL queries and stored procedures necessary to complete assignments.
Qualified ideally regionally local Independent Consultant Delphi Developer / Delphi Programmer candidates will have three years+ of recent related experience in Delphi, strong Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint, C++, two years experience with Sybase or other relational DB, some understanding of the basics of financial industry (subject, processes) a must, experience helpful with Fixed Income, Derivatives, Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, OTC instruments, curves and price models, integration experience of Win32 platform applications with UNIX platform applications a huge plus, JAVA, CORBA and UNIX programming experience also a plus, demonstrated knowledge and skill in leadership, demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to maneuver effectively within environment. Demands may include mobility at customer sites, and may require additional hours both at home and within work environment during non-business hours. May be required to travel off-site. Qualified candidates will have near perfect English writing and English speaking skills not requiring repeating during rapid English conversation.
