The DBA Administrator will deliver high quality, efficient database solutions while gaining a high level of client trust and confidence through consistent delivery. The administrator will need to be self-motivated, have good communication skills and be able to work with clients as well as technical IT partners. This DBA position will support mainframe DB2.
Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of DB2 Content manager and all associated subsystems (Library Server, Resource Manager, and eClient) for the Windows environment.
Management and administration of DB2 CM and other associated application & system software as part of an overall solution.Security and LDAP setup in an ECM environment. Particularly, configuring DB2 CM to authenticate users from existing LDAP resources (either Domino or MS Active Directory).Experience configuring DB2 CM for global deployment to support regional deployment (NA, Europe, Asia) for local file access
REQUIREMENTS


Technical Skills:
1.Database: DB2 CM, DB2 UDB, PL/SQL
2.Application Server: J2EE-compliant (prefer WebSphere)
3.Content Manager/ Records Manager exp (a plus).
4.Comfort creating and editing XML documents Experience
