Customer Integration Leader; Rail Solutions

Business Unit: GE Infrastructure, TransportationFunction: Engineering/ Product DevelopmentResponsibilities: The Information-Based Services Customer Integration Leader is the day-to-day customer focal point for the PinPoint asset tracking service and other products for the Rail Solutions organization.
Specific tasks include:
Customer orientation, training, and demonstrations.
Facilitate customer acceptance of products (First Article Inspections, Field Acceptance Tests).
Provide instructions and other documentation to customers.
Monitor and communicate service availability and performance.
Manage customer specified configurable changes.
Reconcile/audit wireless airtime communications charges.
Provide invoicing details.
Assist in equipment installation coordination.
Coordinate I-Based customer visits to Erie.
Provide Voice of Customer(VOC)input to Product Mgmt. and Engineering.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, Management Information Systems. MBA a plus.
Customer Service work experience or projects with direct end customer interaction.
Knowledge of technologies used by I-based services such as wireless communications, GPS, digital video recording, business to business data transfer.
Experience in Railroad industry.
