Corrosion Engineer

Corrosion Engineer Job - URGENTLY SEEKING A TOP NOTCH PAINT SHOP MANAGER!
A worldwide engineering, construction, technology products, petrochemicals, and integrated solutions company is urgently seeking a highly skilled Paint Shop Manager with a minimum of five (5) plus years experience in shipbuilding production, ship repair, or design. A degree is not required, but a degree in engineering or corrosion engineering would be a plus. This position requires a strong background in supervision or management of shipyard painting activities. The typical responsibilities for this position will include: supervising the performance of the painting subcontractor, computing paint mixture formulas, planning and sequencing the tasks of blasters and painters through the shipyard, estimating work requirements for completion of job tasks, maintaining time and production records, conferring with other supervisors to coordinate activities of the individual departments, estimating paint costs, maintaining records for painting activities including VOC emissions, and maintaining a safe work environment. Relocation is available for this position.
