Corporate Voice Engineer

First American, the nation's largest data provider, supplying information products and services that serves mortgage, real estate, and consumer-related businesses is seeking a Corporate Voice Engineer for our Dallas, Texas facility. The Corporate Voice Engineer works closely with various business units to develop a secure, functional Cisco IP Telephony enterprise solution. Specific duties and responsibilities include:
Primarily responsible for maintaining day to day operations and providing support.
Responsible for assisting in the development of the overall voice strategy, design, upgrade, deployment, retirement and troubleshooting of components that make up the client telephony infrastructure.
Other areas of responsibility include MACs, telephony server maintenance, design, installation and configuration of Cisco CallManager in a clustered solution; Cisco Unity Voice Mail / Unified Messaging design and configuration; Cisco IPCC design, configuration, and maintenance.Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in relevant technical discipline or equivalent professional experience is required.
Cisco Certification is preferred (CCNA, CIPT, CCNP).
Qualified candidate must have 2 years experience using Cisco CallManger, Unity Voice Mail, IPCC Enterprise, and Routers/Voice Gateways and demonstrated hands-on experience with Cisco IOS, TCP/IP, VLAN implementation, trunking and inter-VLAN routing.
Must possess extensive knowledge of Cisco Enterprise class switches, routers, WAPs and firewalls and demonstrated expertise in network security management and authentication.
Must have the ability to manage multiple projects within the established scope, budget and timeline.
Requires complex problem solving abilities with experience in performing root cause analysis.
Experience with Avaya S8300 or any Call Recording Solution experience is a plus.Benefits
