Corporate Project / Electrical Engineer

Position will handle Project Management of capital equipment design, purchase, and installation at facilities both domestically and overseas. The selected candidate will have to communicate project plans to Corporate Staff, work closely with Plant Personnel to ensure effective launch, and work with vendors to develop effective operator training programs for each automated system.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and five (5) plus years experience in support of acquisition, installation, and project management of new manufacturing systems or improvements to existing equipment. Previous experience in supporting multiple facilities and ability to develop and meet both budget and launch guidelines is required. Experience in a high-volume continuous flow process preferred. Must have excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, including the ability to work with manufacturing maintenance personnel and outside contractors. Ability to travel 20-30%.
