Controls Engineer

This is an immediate Contract to Direct Position in Germantown, WI. The metro city is Milwaukee, WI. We are looking for a long-term minded individual that has the ability to either live in the metro area, or willing to relocate once the contract period is complete.

Designs controls equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for converting industry machinery.

Designs and directs engineering personnel in fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment, and determines methods, procedures, and conditions for testing products.

Develops applications of controls, instruments, and systems for converting industry machinery. Generally includes working with computer software (for PLC's, operator interface units, drives, etc.); electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic controls; drive systems; and dryer controls.

Assists with activities to ensure that manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications and customer requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
