Contractor Sales Engineer/Dallas, TX

Responsible for driving the growth of Rockwell Automation products and services to electrical contractors in assigned territory by developing and leveraging multi-level relationships within Allen-Bradley Distributors' contractor sales team, specifying engineerings and electrical contractors. Responsible for effective communication, developing quotes, engaging sales support resources and maximizing project content and profitability. Represent the company to the customer and customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities. Is knowledgeable of company products/services and applies knowledge of products, pricing plans, competition, marketing objectives, sales objectives and selling skills to meet market share and profitable growth objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Five to ten years of related experience including five plus years of direct sales working with electrical contractors, distributors and specifying engineers. Ability to manage the sales process. Experience with electrical wholesalers and relationship building is required.
