Applicant shall produce information sharing training presentations, an incentive program for individual organizations and agencies to foster Information Sharing, weekly and monthly status reports, and training programs (courses) for information sharing, to include production of all required course materials. Applicant must demonstrate expertise and extensive hands-on systems training experience and have a demonstrated ability to develop and evaluate computer-based training materials/programs. Knowledge of and/or experience with Intelink, applications, search mechanics, site characteristics and navigation, retrieval aids, and user help support is required A thorough background in the various environments that make up the Intelink network is required.
