The Justice Solutions Division in North Canton, OH seeks the following
qualified individual:

Software Developer
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
troubleshoots and resolves maintenance application issues as reported in issue
management system. Develops and unit-tests programs according to written
specifications and established development standards. Responds to issues
uncovered during quality assurance testing. Acquires and maintains a
cross-functional working knowledge of the CourtView application. Maintains
data model in development environment. Updates technical documentation for
programs developed, including the updates to any relevant database design
documents (ERDs). Develops and maintains links to third party software for
integrated processing, such as forms generation, imaging, and reporting. Meets
all standards established for this position as outlined in the attached
performance criteria.


The ideal candidate will possess: Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an
accredited college or university in MIS or Computer Science. At least two
years of experience in developing applications. Knowledge of 4GL development
tool or Java is advantageous. Excellent organizational, interpersonal,
written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform comfortably in a
fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment. Ability to successfully
execute many complex tasks simultaneously. Ability to work as a team member,
as well as independently.
