COMPOSITES TECHNICIAN

JOB DESCRIPTION
Applied Composites Engineering is seeking composites technicians with previous experience in advanced composites laminating of pre-preg and wet laminating of carbon, glass and Kevlar fibers. The work will involve products in motor racing, aviation, aviation repair, aerospace, military and industrial products.
Applied is the premium full service composites manufacturer from design to final assembly in Indianapolis. We service customers such as Bell Helicopter, Rolls Royce and Bombardier. Our facility is provides the very best in equipment and conditions. ACE is ISO9001, AS9100, European EASA and an approved FAA repair facility.
The successful candidates will need to have excellent hand skills, be open to technical training on systems and equipment and be a quick learner in practical areas. The need for detail and the expectations of a high quality product are essential traits necessary to be successful. ACE will consider those applicants who do not have previous experience in advanced composites manufacture, however, you will need to have previous experience and high skills sets in hand crafted manufacturing environments.
