Commissioning Manager

Commissioning Manager Job -> Engineering and consulting company has immediate need for two Commissioning and Operability Managers at its Houston, TX location to work on a contract basis until Sept 2008. Positions are responsible for overseeing the execution of commissioning and operability for an LNG project starting in Houston and then moving to the plant location one in Lake Charles, LA the other in Corpus Christi, Texas. Individual will be responsible for preparation of commissioning method statements, commissioning procedures, standard operating procedures, training modules, integration of commissioning schedule into construction schedule and maintaining budget. The role will be supervising 4 to 10 personnel at different stages of the project and will be responsible for assisting with start-up and plant operation until substantially complete. Ideal candidate will have minimum 10 years experience in commissioning and operability in plant environment (LNG experience is required), with previous supervisory and budget responsibility. Company offers competitive compensation and will provide per-diem package.
