Candidate must have engineering/systems integration experience with the ability to operate effectively in an operations environment. Required Qualifications: Experience with enterprise operations processes and procedures, enterprise monitoring and management technologies, and Lotus Notes. Demonstrated experience with COTS integration, UNIX, Windows NT, and/or OS/2 as a programmer, systems administrator, or systems programmer. Outstanding oral and written interpersonal skills; ability to work independently or as a member of a team; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; full life-cycle project management experience; experience programming and/or scripting using C, C++, PERL, or Bourne/Korn Shell; some configuration management/control knowledge and experience. Desired Qualifications: Experience with Tivoli as a senior developer with at least 5-10 years of development experience. Experience with Enterprise Management. System-level experience with Sybase. Experience or training in UNIX Operating System as a programmer, systems administrator, or systems programmer; customer experience; system-level experience with Sybase, and/or Oracle, and DB2 a plus; Primary skills are C++, Perl, Tivoli, Unix (Solaris)and MS project experience. Leadership abilities to provide technical guidance to a project team of 10 - 15 personnel. Remedy development experience a plus.
