Contract to hire opportunity - Major Investment Bank
Work site will be 50% in nyc and 50% in jersey city

Description:
Administer and support ClearCase (Include Multisite) and ClearQuest (include Multisite) within a mixed platform environment comprising of Windows/Solaris and Linux.

Responsibilities:

Administer ClearCase and ClearCase Multisite.
Administer ClearQuest and ClearQuest Multisite.
Provide excellent support to end users in ClearCase/ClearQuest/UCM integrated environment.
Document the existing ClearCase/ClearQuest infrastructure and procedures.
Ensure that backup and restore procedures work as intended.
Validate the disaster recovery plan.
Improve upon existing system usage; apps, scripts, triggers, hooks etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years ClearCase and Multisite administration and user support experience.
2+ years ClearQuest and Multisite administration and user support experience.
Administration experience of Windows/Solaris/Linux.
Professional with a good team support attitude.
Demonstrated ability of work prioritization.
Driven, self-motivated, quick thinker, problem solver, great communicator.

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of software development life cycle.
Knowledge of software configuration management.
Perl, basic, and UNIX shell scripting experience.
