This is an emerging firm in the Civil Engineering Industry. The local office in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a qualified Land Development Project Manager for commercial and residential projects.



The successful candidate will be responsible for management, coordination, and oversight of Land Development projects as well as supervising a team of CAD technicians/designers.




This firm is looking for talented individuals and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. This is a full time position with room for future advancement.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements


BS Civil Engineering or Related Field.
8-10 years experience in Land Development/Surveying.
AZ Registration (PE) or AZ Land Surveyor License.
Experience in Project Management, Marketing/Business Development, Staff Supervision, and Client Development.
Experience in Technical staff management is required (Project Engineers, Engineers, CAD Designers/Drafters).
Working knowledge of design software is also required: AutoCAD and/or Microstation
Excellent written and communication skills is also a requirement

Salary depends on experience.
