Cisco Telephony Engineer - IPCC

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $65,000 to $85,000 per year Responsible for client management, technical leadership and mentoring of Helpdesk Analysts and Network Operation Personnel, systems design validation, technical solution development and delivery, project management, deployment and advanced troubleshooting of Cisco IPCC solutions. Provide and attain support objectives and implement policies and procedures at the direction of the Corporate IT Operations Manager.
All components of Cisco IPCC; CallManager, IP-IVR/Queue Manager, ISN, Peripheral Gateways, Historical Data Server, Voice Gateways, Gatekeepers, LAN/WAN (HSRP, QoS, VLANs, Bandwidth modeling) and other third party software. Hardware administration & testing, network validation, remote administration, systems monitoring, scripting, and integration with other enterprise applications is also required.
Develop and architect strategy and applications for the contact/call center and VoIP systems.
