Cisco ICM support engineer

We have a contract position available with our direct client.

This position does not require relocation - but
requires to be on site in Overland Park, KS (= Kansas City, MO)
every week, mostly Mon - Thu /4 days/
(all travel expenses paid - tickets/hotel/car/meals allowance)
and for each Fri + weekend you will return back home.

We are open to discuss alternative solutions to get
you placed, if you are a good Cisco ICM specialist.

** We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with
a good Cisco ICM experience (including configuration,
installation and support of ICM systems + practical
knowledge of ICM 7.0 systems interfaces to Nortel, Avaya and/or Aspect).

** Nice to have experience with Cisco IPCC - not mandatory
** Nice to have experience upgrading ICM from previous versions - not mandatory.
