Chemical manufacturing company is currently seeking a Laboratory Analyst in the Philadelphia area. This person will be responsible for sample analysis, surface analysis, chemical testing, using various laboratory equipment including balance and pH meter, and documentation. The position is 6-9 month temporary position with the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate. The position could require weekend work. All local candidates are encouraged to apply!

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of AS degree in Chemistry with 1-2 years of laboratory experience, or BS degree in Chemistry or scientific related area with at least 3 months of laboratory experience, preferably in chemistry field
Wet chemistry techniques including distillation and titration are preferred
Must be flexible to work a rotation shift if necessary including day and night shifts
A positive, can-do attitude and must be a team player!
