L. Robert Kimball & Associates, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a talented entry or intermediate level CAD specialist in our Transportation division. The successful candidate will be able to prepare engineering drawings from rough sketches or from general engineering and design information using MicroStation.

Overview of Responsibilities:
• Produce CADD drawings and files.
• Perform advanced CADD layout tasks.
• Prepare drawings for project submissions.
• Revise or change drawings; trace or copy existing drawings; and complete calculations with specific engineering instruments.
• Ensure drawing deliverables are accurate, complete and in compliance with company and client CADD / drawing standards.
• Manage client CADD coordination issues.
• Maintain continuing education for MicroStation software.
• Promote team spirit along with friendly atmosphere.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications Required:
Requires associate’s degree in CADD technologies; one to ten years experience with production of highway design drawings; and experience with MicroStation is a must.
