COM/C++/Embedded Software Engineer

SAIC is looking to add a Software Tools Engineer to our Long Beach team.
The main focus for this position is someone with the following skills:
1. Solid C/C++
2. Solid Windows (API, MFC and STL)
3. Good COM and ActiveX development (ATL and MFC)
4. Basic TCP/IPThe following are highly desirable
1. Managed C++ (.NET using C++)
2. OpenGL
3. Embedded
4. Ada (probably impossible to get with above combination)Less desirable but useful skills (only useful for understanding legacy code, all new development will be in C/C++ and COM)

2. XMLAs far as COM is concerned, we are looking for engineers who have developed COM in ATL and MFC and are familiar with the concepts and implementations. Candidate should know the basic interface data types. How to pass ints, longs, floats, strings and arrays to and from the objects. The difference between in-proc and out-of-proc servers. The difference between ATL and MFC based COM objects and the threading models.
