We have an immediate opening for an administrative specialist who can participate in the day to day operations of our company and help us grow and move to the next level. The right candidate will be able to grow personally and professionally as our business grows.
GENERAL FUNCTION: Set up and operation of Fadal mills to produce first article ready part for UAV design and engineering.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Exercise knowledge of machine shop theory and procedures, shop mathematics, machinability of materials and layout techniques.
•Study sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece.
•Set up and operate numerical control (NC) machines and machining centers to fabricate prototype and production parts.
•Fit and assemble machined parts into complete units.
•Operate various general machine shop tools and equipment.
•Perform routine machine maintenance
•Interact with present technical and engineering staffs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
•Position is open to US Citizens only; applicants must be able to obtain a DoD Top Secret Level Security Clearance.
•Must be able to lift and move equipment in excess of 50 lbs.
•Some travel may be required.
•Overtime/weekend work may be required.

REQUIREMENTS
DESIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
•H.S. diploma required.
•Minimum 5-8 years previous experience as a CNC Machinist.
•Experience with Fadal Vertical Machining Center
•Proficient in Windows XP
•Knowledge and proficiency on vertical mills, lathes and other machine tools.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
