CDL Environmental Technician

Purpose: Immediate opening for an environmental technician to work at government site.

Requirements:

- Candidate must have their CDL license as well as a fairly clean driving record; Candidate will be transporting waste from job site.

- Candidate must have a current OSHA 40 Hour HAZMAT and/or HAZWOPER; Candidate will be participating in oil clean up, gas spills, or any other form of waste at the job site. Candidate will be responsible for collecting and storing samples for further examination.

- Forklift training is preferred but not required.

Candidate will work at least 3 days a week (8 hour days) with the opportunity for 40 hours a week as the workload increases. Position has the potential to become permanent as well as the candidate shows satisfactory work and the workload justifies a full time employee.

The rate of pay for this position is $20.19/hour and is non-negotiable.
