CCNP- Cisco IPT Telephony EngineerProfile:
You're a CCNP Senior Network Engineer who knows LAN/WAN infrastructures inside and out: you've consulted on improving existing ones, designed and implemented them, trained users on them, bridged the knowledge gap between business and technical talk in sales meetings and proposals, and work well on teams or independently. You are comfortable with massive enterprise networks and the policies and procedures necessary to keep them running smoothly. If so, then you're ready for your next challenge at Getronics, working with some of the leading enterprise companies -- our customers -- on their IT needs.

Actions /Results:-Ability to design and/or implement a LAN/WAN environment infrastructure
Analyzes and interprets existing LAN/WAN infrastructures: provides information, advice or instructions and assists in problem resolution
Participate in project planning, implementation and documentation
Contribution of new ideas to continued process improvement
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to correctly interpret and follow work instructionsTechnology/ Skills:- Cisco CCNP Voice certification or other Cisco CCNP certification with working IP telephony experience is a requirement. Expert-level knowledge of voice-over-IP solutions in the enterprise environment.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4-7 years of relevant experience.-Strong communications skills.
Excellent documentation skills are a must.
Certification or strong knowledge on Cisco Voice, CheckPoint Firewalls and PIX Firewalls is a plus.
Must be comfortable working in a highly structured design environment with well defined roles and responsibilities.
CCIE is preferred, but not required.
